Prescott Valley is home base for B & M Property Maintenance. We provide lawn care, yard cleanup, debris haul-away and weed control for homes, HOAs and businesses all over town.
We work in neighborhoods all over town, from Stoneridge, Quailwood and Pronghorn Ranch to Granville, Viewpoint and the streets around Glassford Hill.
A lot of Prescott Valley homes have rock and gravel yards with HOA rules to follow. They look great and do not need much water, but they need regular weed control, especially after the summer rains, and the wind blows debris up against every wall and fence.
We also keep lawns mowed and edged on a regular schedule, and we do one-time cleanups for move-ins, move-outs and homes getting ready to sell.
